Daisycutter Naturally this site has nothing to do with the daisycutter bomb, MOAB or any other explosive of conventional or nuclear nature. But it is a pity that when Googled this site only turns up once on page 1, this used to be 3. This war makes everybody write about 'new' weapons like 'bunker busters', JDAM's, Blackout bombs, Bats, and my daisycutter, so my stats go down. I do have other things to do than to rot slowly away behind my computer and post evrey 10 minutes, so my stats go down. Am I doing this just for stats, I sincerely hope not that stats have much to do with it, but they sure can be fun.

Coalition of the willing Coalition of the willing is a joke.
The "coalition of the willing" has become the butt of joke, rather than serious criticism. Most of the 30 countries who make up the coalition are so nondescript and innocuous in world affairs their announcements have been greeted by critics of the US-led war with great glee. For it only proves their contention that Washington is all alone in its fusillade against Iraq. Countries like Eritrea, El Salvador and Nicaragua make up the numbers which the US is desperately looking for. Link via Reitze (Wereldomroep)

"Attention all Americans! This is my very own "Weapon of Bath Destruction"! A 4-ounce bar of natural glycerin soap with a black and white image of the world's most stubborn dictatorial lunatic. The fragrance is a light clean scent unlike Saddam. There is a hole purposely punched through his head to allow you to HANG him in your very own shower. (revenge is sweet)!"

War will wreck environment
International and environmental law experts from around the world today warned that war in Iraq could cause an environmental catastrophe in the Gulf region, and lead to serious violations of international laws governing war and environmental protection. In an open letter to the United Nations Security Council, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, and the leaders of the United States, United Kingdom, Turkey and Iraq, nearly 200 international lawyers and scholars from 51 countries warned of the "potential for massive, and possibly irreversible, environmental destruction that may follow from the use of internationally unlawful methods and means of warfare on the part of both the so-called 'coalition of the willing' and Iraq."

Result os an anthrax attack Results of an anthrax attack on a major US city.
"Lawrence M. Wein of Stanford University, together with David L. Craft of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Edward H. Kaplan of Yale University, devised a computer program that compares response strategies for a scenario in which a kilogram of anthrax is dropped on a city with 11 million inhabitants. The researchers, who have previously modeled the response to a theoretical smallpox attack, determined that 123,000 people would die in their so-called base scenario."
